Training Objectives
At the end of the training, participants will be able to: Define and communicate a clear product vision and inspiring to guide development. Manage Product Backlog effectively, including its creation, refinement and prioritization of maximize value. Understanding and embodying the role of the Product Owner in a Scrum team and the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and to translate their Product Backlog element requirements. Making informed decisions about value of the product, return on investment and exit strategies. Measure and validate the value issued by the team Scrum. Optimize delivery of value continuously to the product life cycle.

Module 1: Product Owner Role Fundamentals and Product Vision (8 hours)
Introduction to the role of Product Owner: Responsibilities, Qualities and Challenges
Value and Responsibility: Maximizing the value of the product and the work of the team
Product Vision: Creation, communication and evolution of an inspiring vision
Vision visualization techniques (e.g. Product Vision Board)
Agile Principles and Values for Product Owner and their practical application
Product Owner and Taking Parties: Identification, Management and Collaboration (internal/external)
Practical Exercises: Development of a first draft of a product vision.
Module 2: Strategic and Tactical Product Management (9 hours)
Product Discovery: Techniques for exploring user needs and the market (Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
User Story Mapping : Construction of a complete user journey
Product Backlog: Its nature, importance and attributes of a good PBI (Product Backlog Item)
Writing of Quality User Stories (INVEST)
Advanced Product Backlog Priority: Multiple Techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF, Kano, Value vs. Effort)
